Miniso Elite Pro Membership Program - Terms and Conditions
1. Membership Enrollment
1.1 Enrollment in the Miniso Elite Pro Membership Program (“Program”) is open to individuals aged 18 years or older.
1.2 Membership can be activated via in-store sign-up or online registration on the official Miniso website or app.
2. Earning Points
2.1 Members earn reward points for every qualifying purchase made at participating Miniso stores or online platforms.
2.2 For every ₹1 spent, members earn 1 reward point (e.g., spending ₹1,000 earns 1,000 reward points).
2.3 Points earned per transaction may vary based on promotional offers or membership tiers.
2.4 Points are credited to the member’s account within 24-48 hours of the purchase.
3. Redemption Terms
3.1 Points can be redeemed for discounts, eligible products, or cash vouchers at participating Miniso outlets or online platforms.
3.2 Every 50 points are equivalent to ₹1 when redeemed for a cash voucher.

3.4 Points redeemed for cash vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or reissued if lost.

7.1 Miniso reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including its terms, rewards, and benefits, at any time without prior notice.
8. Misuse of Membership
8.1 Fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms may result in the cancellation of membership and forfeiture of rewards.
