General Policy

Except for products with confirmed quality issues, all sales made at MINISO stores (offline or online) are considered final and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or repairs.

Policy for Defective Products

In the case of a confirmed defective product, MINISO will gladly offer an exchange or repair, provided the following conditions are met:

For Offline Store Purchases:

  • The defective product must be returned to the original MINISO store where the purchase was made.
  • The original purchase receipt must be presented.
  • The defective product must be returned within 15 days of the purchase date.

For Online Purchases:

  • The defective product must be returned by initiating a request via the official MINISO website or by contacting customer service.
  • The return request must include proof of purchase (order confirmation email or invoice).
  • The defective product must be shipped back to the designated return address within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Exchangeable Products

The following items are non-exchangeable and non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Fashion accessories
  • Socks
  • Cosmetics
